Description
Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the organization; ensures that subordinate employees perform their respective functions in like manner.
Plans, organizes, set priorities, implements and control the subordinates workloads and resources to ensure the development, establishment and maintenance of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Analyzes, makes judgments/decisions and solve problems within the Marketing Department to ensure the smooth flow of work and the attainment of commitments.
Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities for all products of the company.
Creating and exploring new advertising mediums to reach the target audience.
Understand the products and services offering of the key competitors.
Manage marketing activities on press releases, contributed articles, event lunch, presentations and events.
To understand the competition and the industry norm and to build a strategy around the same.
Bringing new media for communication and reaching the target audience.
Exploring social media as the platform to interact, engage and build customer database.
Maintain social media presence at property/brand level and at a corporate level.
Maintain accurate information on company website.
Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.
Draft Press Releases and represent the company to media outlets.
Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts.
Accomplish financial objectives by preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action for Marketing Department.
Submits to President Officers monthly reports on operations and activities of work unit with corresponding analysis and recommendations.
Attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.
Assesses and analyzes subordinates performances against the set of standards and objectives of the Company to be able to determine and improve the unit’s effectiveness by identifying and anticipating problems and effecting remedial and preventive measures.
Approved leave application and overtime work application of subordinates and performs other administrative matters concerning the Marketing Department.
Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing.
With at least three years of related experience.
With computer literate and capable of applying Microsoft office programs.
With core competencies (Professional and Technical Proficiency, Motivational Skills, Superior Planning and Organizing Skills, Communication Skills, Creativity and Innovation, Interpersonal Skills and Pay close attention to details).
With experience in Marketing Manager for a real estate company a plus.
