  • Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok), e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee), and other digital channels. This role requires expertise in social media management, content creation, online sales, and customer engagement to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on our Facebook page and TikTok account to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions to maintain an active and positive community presence.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Marketplace and E-Commerce Management:
  • Oversee our Shopee store by managing product listings, updating prices, handling promotions, and ensuring accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Implement strategies to optimize product visibility and sales on the Shopee platform.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior on Shopee to inform future marketing and sales strategies.
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop creative and high-quality content tailored for different platforms (e.g., images, videos, and text posts).
  • Collaborate with the design team and/or content creators to produce visually appealing and on-brand assets.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media and marketplace campaigns to promote products, events, or special offers.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and campaigns that align with the brand’s goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media and e-commerce initiatives.

  • Senior High School graduate (preferred specialization in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or a related field).
  • Proficient in content editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other video and photo editing software.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to upload and maintain content accurately.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt and learn new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience creating social media content for personal or school projects.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
