Description

Responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale and distribution of film content. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, including distributors, theaters, streaming platforms, and other entertainment partners. The Sales Executive is expected to identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure the successful licensing and distribution of films. This role requires a keen understanding of the film industry, market trends, and audience preferences.


Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for film distribution.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including theatrical, digital, and streaming platforms, as well as international markets.
  • Negotiate licensing agreements and distribution deals, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, such as film distributors, theater chains, streaming services, and content aggregators.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on content availability.
  • Work to understand client needs and customize proposals to maximize client satisfaction and sales potential.


Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and audience preferences.
  • Gather and analyze data on market demand, pricing, and film genre performance to identify profitable opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on emerging market opportunities and potential areas for growth.


Content Presentation & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales presentations tailored to clients and film buyers.
  • Present film content effectively, highlighting unique aspects of each film and positioning them according to market demand.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and film festivals to promote company films, build networks, and identify new clients.


Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to management.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, outlining key achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.


Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the production, marketing, and distribution teams to align sales efforts with film release timelines.
  • Communicate client needs and deal requirements with internal departments to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure all sales agreements are compliant and financially sound.



Requirement

  • Job Title: Marketing Executive
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge in Sales and Marketing, Business Intelligence, Multimedia, and Social Media.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, and analyze market trends.
