• Proficient in monitoring and handling Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram inquiries and complaints
• Skilled in consolidating and reporting customer feedback (positive and negative)
• Experienced in creating consolidated sales reports per product across all stores
• Knowledgeable in assisting product launches and marketing campaigns
• Creative, organized, and tech-savvy with proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, MS Excel, and Word

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media inquiries, complaints, and creator messages on TikTok.
• Consolidate and summarize customer feedback and sales data.
• Assist in new product launches and sales campaigns.
• Support event-related requests from the company president.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints following the CARE framework (Complaint, Address, Redress, Evaluate).
