Description
- Supervise the technical staff of our technical department.
- Monitor all service request of technical department (Repair onsite, Repair at service center, online assistance)
- Monitor incoming and outgoing machinery
- Develop and improve the process of Technical Department
- Coordinating to other department to make operation works go smoothly.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Working experience as a Machine Technician
- Have a wide knowledge in Machinery.
- Ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
