Job Description
Description
- Assisting in creating and refining production procedures for new and existing processes.
- Identifying and resolving production line issues, providing recommendations and training to improve efficiency.
- Supporting process improvement and automation in production areas.
- Conducting technical transfers of new and existing equipment.
- Running product tests on the production floor and determining suitable equipment for testing.
- Establishing and enforcing safety protocols to support automation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in operational manufacturing efficiency and excellence.
- Knowledge of GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, OEE, and Automation.
