In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating the status of deliveries, coordinating with the sales team regarding delivery schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for trucking services. • Delivery Monitoring and Updates: Track and monitor the progress of deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to communicate delivery status, address any issues or delays, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Billing Management: Oversee the billing process for trucking services, ensuring that all invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, shipping documents, and billing information.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to deliveries, including delays, discrepancies, or damages, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Compliance: Ensure that all logistics operations comply with legal regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in logistics operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including shipping, tracking, and billing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
