Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure smooth flow of goods.
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Assist in inventory management and forecasting to meet demand.
Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
