Description
- Client Interaction & Application Processing-Meet with clients to understand their loan needs, gather necessary documentation (income verification, credit reports, property appraisals, etc.), and answer questions about the application process
- Compliance & Regulation - Ensure all loan processing activities comply with the company's lending policies and procedures
- Loan Product Selection: Help clients choose the most suitable loan product based on their financial situation and goals
- Provide Excellent Service: Offer prompt and professional assistance to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the loan process
Requirement
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a loan processing role
- Familiar with banking procedures and loan documentation
- Understanding of loan underwriting, processing procedures, and relevant regulations
- With excellent communication skills and attention to detail
