Description

Analyze and evaluate the client's financial status and credit to determine loan eligibility.
Act as a liaison between clients and financial institutions, advising on the best loan products.
Process loan applications and document transactions, adhering to SEDP lending policies.
Maintain a portfolio of clients, and conduct loan collections and follow-ups to ensure timely repayments from the microfinance beneficiaries within the banking and financial services sector.
Provide excellent customer service, and understanding client needs to promote financial stability within the community.

Requirement

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with a strong academic record and relevant internships or coursework.
Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of consumer lending and personal loan products.
Proficient in credit underwriting principles.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and financial literacy.
Proficient computer skills, particularly in financial software.
Demonstrable leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: To assess loan applications, manage customer relationships, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and offer financial advice.
Working Conditions: Typically an office setting with the possibility of remote work arrangements; may require occasional travel for client meetings.
