Responsibilities

  1. Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to understand their future property requirements and effectively address their leasing needs.
  2. Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including property site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.
  3. Conduct daily cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients to generate new leasing opportunities.
  4. Cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships to generate a substantial volume of prospective clients and drive leasing business growth.
  5. Develop and maintain an extensive database of property listings to facilitate quick matching of available properties to client requirements.
  6. Record and monitor fees payable to the company and ensure timely processing.
  7. Stay actively informed about the real estate market trends in the Philippines, including rental rates, property developments, and competitor activities.
  8. Proactively explore new leasing opportunities, strategies, and solutions to meet the evolving needs of landlords and tenants.
  9. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to contribute to the creation of effective leasing strategies and marketing campaigns for available properties.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  3. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
  5. Willing to be based in Manila or willing to relocate to Manila.
