The position is responsible for the facilitation and administration of training programs offered by the L&D team, including onboarding orientation, e-learnings, critical skill, and hard skill training. Ensure the completion of logistical requirements for all programs of the L&D unit. Developing and updating modules/curriculum on the assigned areas of specialization.

• Graduate of Human Resource, Education or any related course
• Strong learning and development experience to include planning and coordinating key L&D activity as well as designing and implementing new L&D practices, strategies & projects
• With strong customer focus
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
• With knowledge in the use of different multimedia training platforms and methods
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
• Willing to be assigned at Libis, Quezon City
