Description

  • Develop and implement innovative learning strategies to enhance the skills and effectiveness of athletes and staff.
  • Create engaging educational content and programs specific to the needs of football players and the sporting industry.
  • Collaborate with coaches and technical officials to align development initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning interventions to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Facilitate learning through various methods, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning platforms.
  • Willing to be assigned to the Pasig area.
  • The company will be transferred to Carmona, Cavite this year.


Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role within talent management.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in talent management and organizational development.
  • Strong competence in training and development methodologies.
  • Ability to design and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and process management abilities.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits structures.
