Lead Developer

You will work closely with a cross-functional team to make key decisions on system architecture, development strategies, and technology choices to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions that empower people to manage their health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the development team.
• Make architectural and technology decisions for scalability, security, and performance.
• Gather requirements with the PM and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, set standards, and ensure the team adheres to Agile Principles.
• Drive technical decisions to ensure performance, security, and compliance.
• Ensure effective developer onboarding and offboarding processes
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and share best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on back-end technologies.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.
• Expertise in NodeJS and Express.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with system architecture, performance tuning, and building scalable applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in Laravel, PHP, and ReactJS/Angular for front-end integration.
• Experience working with healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs) and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in driving technical innovation and improving development processes.
