Job Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our healthcare applications. You’ll work closely with designers, front-end developers, and product managers to ensure smooth functionality across all layers of the tech stack. Your work will enable efficient data handling, secure back-end services, and an intuitive user experience for healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications with scalable back-end services.
• Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to integrate UI/UX components.
• Build secure, performant APIs for seamless front-end and back-end communication.
• Optimize database queries and handle data migrations.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve both front-end and back-end issues.
• Stay current with the latest technologies, frameworks, and coding practices.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and/or Angular for front-end development.
• Expertise in working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
