Kitchen HygieneSelf-StarterAttention to DetailsHeavy Lifting

Description

  • Responsible for preparing ingredients before meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood
  • Assist the head cook in cooking dishes according to set recipes
  • Comply with food preparation standard practices and procedures
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
  • Works quickly while paying attention to multiple responsibilities at a time
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time

Requirement

  • At least High School graduate
  • Preferably with culinary training/experience
  • Efficient, energetic
  • Able to multi-task
  • Works well under pressure
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
