Description
- System Maintenance: Upgrade and manage IT hardware, software, and networks.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues for newsroom and broadcast teams.
- Network Administration: Ensure network security and performance.
- System Installation: Configure and deploy new IT systems.
- Data Management: Oversee data backup and recovery.
- Documentation: Maintain IT system records.
- Collaboration: Support editorial and production teams with tech needs.
- Training: Train staff on new technologies.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT or related field. Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in IT support or administration, preferably in media.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, network protocols, and IT security. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
