Database Operation

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware specific to Motor Ace Philippines Inc., a leading wholesale distributor.
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone, diagnose system hardware, network, or software issues.
Write training manuals and train computer users on various technical solutions and applications.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and maintain high service standards.
Stay current with relevant technologies and participate in company trainings.

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Experience Level: No previous experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of database operation is essential. Proficient in troubleshooting, customer service, and possessing a strong understanding of IT principles.
