Description
- Gather business requirements for a software project
- Prepare business requirements documentation
- Prepare functional specifications to support the business requirements.
- Provide clarifications to software developers for the functional specifications
- Prepares test cases for the system integration test
- Execute test cases and report defects
- Train users on how to use the software
- Recommend changes to the operating procedure
- Investigate defects reported during user acceptance test
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: Candidates must have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Business Requirement analysis, Data Gathering, Project Design, Technical Documentation, QA Activities, writing User Stories, and effective Client Management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Gather and analyze business requirements, design project frameworks, create technical documentation, participate in quality assurance tasks, develop user stories, and manage client relationships and expectations.
- Working Conditions: This role may demand working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, sometimes requiring extra hours to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a team player mindset are essential.
