He/she shall be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT: 

● Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria 

● Business Requirements Document (when applicable) 

● UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials 

● Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog 

● Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog 

● Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog 

● Define requirements and functional specifications from the client’s stakeholders. 

● Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time 

● Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support

• Minimum 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
• Must have excellent communication and business writing skills 
• Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written
• Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables 
• Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories 
• Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
