Description

Lead Generation and Business Development:

  • Identify and secure property listings for sale or lease across various asset types—Commercial, Retail, Office, Residential, Industrial, etc.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies, high-net-worth individuals, and entities with real estate needs or interests.
  • Provide consultancy services to landlords, occupiers, and companies, including market information, financial analysis models, occupational cost assessments, facilities and space planning, options evaluation, and property comparables.
  • Negotiate and secure agency agreements between LPC and clients.
  • Drive marketing efforts for exclusive agency accounts.


Transaction Facilitation:

  • Coordinate and represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and occupiers effectively.
  • Conduct due diligence on properties, clients, and associated entities.
  • Market real estate assets for sale or lease, whether exclusively or non-exclusively, matching properties with suitable clients.
  • Secure real estate options tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Provide relevant real estate consultancy based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve optimal terms.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings and property inspections to ensure successful transactions.
  • Procure, review, and evaluate necessary documentation, such as Letters of Intent, Sales Contracts, Lease Agreements, and Deeds of Absolute Sale.
  • Offer post-sales or post-leasing services as needed.
  • Assist the Finance Department in collecting fees for services provided.
  • Perform any additional tasks required to complete transactions.


Auxiliary Roles:

  • Support the Directors for Investment Sales in managing the team’s analysts.
  • Mentor Analysts and assist in their development.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis related to Real Estate Capital Markets.
  • Support senior agents and directors in client and transaction management.
  • Aid in general firm management and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Promote cross-selling of LPC’s other services.
  • Undertake any other duties as required by LPC’s management.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or College Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry is necessary for this role.
  • Required skills include: a solid understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication abilities, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a high level of honesty and integrity.
  • Preferably, the candidate should be an Assistant Manager or Manager with specialization in Residential Property/Real Estate or a similar role.
