Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a closely related field.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven record of successful sales and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuation.
Prepare and present business proposals to clients and investors.
Working Conditions: Must be willing to work irregular hours including weekends and evenings. Some travel may be required for property viewings and client meetings.
