We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking product movements, and ensuring accurate stock records. Your expertise will help us maintain optimal inventory levels and support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the management system.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to inventory levels and stock movements.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, trends, and variances for management review.
• Assist with the training of staff on inventory management processes and systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
