MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Attend to work order requests and concerns of SDC tenants and business units.
• Assist Service Technician II or III on the implementation of facilities services and projects
• as required.
• Conduct of the AC preventive maintenance services on existing clients based on the
• approved schedule.
• Assist on service requests of SDC managed properties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical assistance on the completion of work order requests by Business Units
• and other building tenants submitted to the Property Services Department and/or
• Property Management Office.
• Perform assigned works on technical services and projects acquired by the Department.
• Assist in the conduct of preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning Units of existing
• clients based on the agreed schedule and scope of works.
• Performs some duties of the Engineering Technician I as instructed by the Property
• Operations.
• Reports to Property Administrator any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and
• action taken to rectify the matter and implements instructions from Property
• Administrator on matters that require immediate attention.
• Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance.
• Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by other sub-contractors such as but not
• limited to elevators, air conditioning system, generator sets, plumbing system , electrical
• system and others.
• Conduct testing of equipment, troubleshooting and application of corrective actions on
• requested services.
• Inspect, monitor and respond to security and safety issues.
• Accomplish instructions, projects and improvements assigned by the Property
• Operations Manager relating to the maintenance and operation of the property being
• managed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a vocational diploma/short course certificate in Air Conditioning/HVAC
• technology, Electrical Technology, Electro-mechanical or any related courses.
• BA/BS on Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Technology is an advantage
• Knowledgeable on Masonry Work
• At least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in building maintenance, repair, and facilities
• management preferably on high rise buildings
• Familiarity with Construction, Installation, Repair and Maintenance Works
• Plumbing/Sanitary/Carpentry/ Welding Skills 
• Willing to travel or to do field work
