  • Proficiency in manual or power tools
  • Knowledge of various glass and installation techniques
  • With experience as a Leadman or Foreman.
  • Sealant Application is a plus


Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in glass and aluminum or construction-related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Glass Installation and power tools.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in various construction tasks, follow project plans and safety regulations, and support skilled tradespeople on-site.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to work in outdoor environments, comfortable with physical labor, and available to work full-time hours including potential overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and a commitment to safety protocols.
