Job Description
Description
- Greet and assist visitors, including parents, guardians, and children.
- Provide information about the playground's facilities, rules, and programs.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the play area to ensure children's safety.
- Enforce playground rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Administer first aid when necessary and manage any emergency situations.
- Ensure the playground is clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure it is in good condition.
- Perform cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces and play equipment.
- Organize and facilitate activities, games, and events for children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all children can participate and enjoy.
- Assist in planning and executing birthday parties and special events.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of programs.
Requirement
- At least High school graduate (old or new curriculum)
- Experience in an indoor playground is an advantage but not required
- Attentive and energetic
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service
- Can work under pressure
- Positive outlook
