Job Responsibilities:

· Inspecting clients' identification to discern their legal capacity.

· Reviewing mental fitness and outward appearances to gauge prospective clients' eligibility.

· Steering clients to accessible amenities.

· Maintaining orderliness and etiquette in all applicable vicinities.

· Escorting rowdy clients off of our premises.

· Reporting pressing security-related matters to local authorities and your Branch Manager.

· Positioned at all doors wearing a distinctive uniform.

· Must maintain control of access and club entry lines.

· Verify prior to entry that the person is not obviously intoxicated

· Verify that the person is not carrying a weapon or contraband

· Work primarily inside of a nightclub.

· Wear a distinctive uniform and is highly visible.

· Monitor patron behavior and level of intoxication

· Review CCTV if needed

· Conducts body frisking and checking to all employees upon entry and exit in the resto bar.

· Checks all enclosed items being carried inside and outside the resto bar.

· Patrols exterior and parking lot sometimes

· Monitoring bar or club perimeter for safety reasons.

· Enforce club rules often with early warnings.

· Removes obnoxious and offensive persons.

· Always professional when asking patrons to leave.

· Implement a policy to ban persons who like to fight.

· Use force only in self-defense or detention for police.

· Calls the police to enforce criminal acts, as required.

· Monitoring and reading the crowd for possible problems.

· Intervenes in certain situations and extracting difficult customers.

• Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High/Senior High School degree at minimum.
• Experience Level: Seeking individuals with 1-3 years of experience in operational roles or related fields.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in computer applications, strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work as part of a team.
