Job Summary:

In-Line QC’s main function is ensuring that all processes, quantities and protocols relevant to producing a quality product are being followed during production while upholding safety regulations of the company.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Regularly checks accuracy of pre-weighed and pre-mixed raw materials endorsed for production purposes.
2. Ensures that R&D endorsed procedure in production are adhered.
3. Ensures that entries in Production Orders (Pros) are correct and complete.
4. Ensures that all FINISHED GOODS (FGs) are packed following standard guidelines before being endorsed to WAREHOUSE.
5. Ensures that all Raw materials (RMs) and FGs are properly labelled in accordance to their disposition (i.e. REWORK, RELEASED or ONHOLD)
6. Reports to the immediate superior all non-conformities observed INLINE.
7. Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
8. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
9. Actively participates in all company projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
10. Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is understood.
11. Ensures that all operating standards are adhered to at all times.
12. Adheres to the brand established Quality and Environmental System and Policy.

1. Must be a graduate of at least 2 years Information Technology (IT) or any computer related course.
2. With at least 6 months experience in Manufacturing Industry.
3. Must be physically fit to work and can lift heavy materials
4. Can start asap
