A Quality Assurance (QA) for Sales is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales teams to ensure they meet established standards and provide excellent customer service. This role involves reviewing sales calls, emails, and other customer interactions to assess adherence to company policies, sales techniques, and quality guidelines. The QA for Sales provides constructive feedback to sales representatives, identifying areas for improvement and coaching them on best practices. They also collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement strategies for enhancing team performance, ensuring consistency, and meeting sales goals. Additionally, the QA for Sales analyzes performance data, generates reports, and works with leadership to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Shifting Schedule

• A minimum of a college-level education or its equivalent.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with a strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices in monitoring and evaluating performance.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a sales environment, with a solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, analyze, and improve performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance sales team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and leadership.
