TrainingimplementationERP System

Description

• Schedules and conducts facilitated workshops to elicit both functional and technical requirements

• Documents Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and compiles Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

• Creates Business Process Mapping and Notation (BPMN), the solution to be designed, technical designs, and wireframes

• Coordinates with developers for the creation of the system or solution

• Conducts system testing and leads the conduct of User Appreciation Testing and facilitates User Acceptance Testing

• Sends and makes clients sign the sign-off sheet

• Creates the User Manual for the deployed systems

• Conducts user training

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge

• Knowledge with overall business analysis methodologies, tools, and processes

• Knowledge of ERP systems

• Peripherals (this is mostly a work-from-home position unless otherwise required by customers & partners)

• Efficiently working laptop or desktop (2 years old or less)

• Constant & stable internet connection at home


Advantage (Not Required)

• Knowledge or experience in Odoo

• Knowledge, experience, or familiarization with the Construction, Manufacturing, and/or Retail,

• Trading & Distribution business process flow
