Description

  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with STI College - Global City's mission to provide top-tier educational services.
  • Manage and execute HR policies and procedures to maintain an efficient and motivated workforce within the Training & Education industry.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Conduct training and development programs to foster professional growth and compliance.
  • Administer benefits, payroll, and performance appraisal systems to promote a culture of recognition and reward.
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and educational standards.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their HR needs and provide consultative support.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position with <1 year of experience preferred or fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Effective communication, interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of labor laws, proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support payroll administration, and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, Monday to Friday, may require occasional weekend or evening work for special projects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong ethical standards, detail-oriented, adaptable, a team player with a positive attitude.
