Description

  • Conduct all HR administrative processes
  • Payroll preparation in automated payroll system
  • Search and recruitment of rank and file employees
  • Onboarding process for new staff
  • Upkeep of employee records along with legal requirements
  • Enforcing HR diciplinary standards and providing of reports to management like absences, lates reporting etc.
  • Ensure legal compliance for any HR relevant processes (e.g. terminations) and representation of the company for possible DOLE hearings
  • Contact point for all staff regarding any HR admin related process
  • Organizing of employee engagement activities
  • Submission of reports to government agencies and any other HR relevant task in the company.


Requirement

  • Bachelor in course relevant for this position
  • Good understanding of Philippine Labor code
  • Capable to work with high precision with minimal errors and constantly spotting and implementing process improvement
  • IT and Excel skills
  • High degree of Integrety, confidentiality as well as good communication skills
  • Strong personality to enforce HR policies and standards as well as capability to deal with low performing employees if needed
