Description

  • Scheduling: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews 
  • Record keeping: Recording employee information and HR meetings
  • Hiring: Assisting with the hiring process, including contacting applicants and collecting requirements 
  • Policy support: Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures 
  • Employee inquiries: Handling employee inquiries and providing information 
  • Events: Assisting with organizing company events and employee engagement activities 
  • Terminations: Coordinating and administering leavers, finalizing termination paperwork, and conducting exit interviews 
  • Payroll: Assisting with payroll processing 
  • Government transactions: Liaising between the company and government institutions for the processing of government transactions and benefits for employees 
  • Orientation: Leading orientation for new employees 
  • Reporting: Running reports 


Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or Any related courses
  • HR experience either Internship or any background
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday
