• College graduate from a reputable school with a degree in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences, with an MBA or MA degree is a plus

• Minimum of twenty (20) years’ work experience in all aspects of HR functions in a senior executive capacity preferably gained from the manufacturing industry.

• Expertise in Organizational Development (OD) and Recruitment is required.

• Experience in a unionized plant set-up is preferred.

• Knowledge of OD Interventions and Principles.

• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws

· Knowledge in Change management and transitions
