Responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures and for formulating personnel policies.

• Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office.
• Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program.
• Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination and salary and benefits administration.
• Provides data required for the company’s HR information system; ensures maintenance of personnel records.
• Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems.
• Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related field
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin Manager
• Preferably with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills
• Must be excellent in written and oral communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office
