• Screens and interviews applicants for Indirect Position
• Monitors loading of newly hired indirect employees as well as the hiring requirements, hiring status, and job vacancy announcement
• Prepares DOLE termination report
• Prepares HRAN for newly hired employees and secures signature for authentication
• Encoding of personal information of the hired applicants in Peoplecore system.
• Coordinate to GA in-charge on the schedule of endorsement and use data for forecasting of budget with uniforms
• Process monthly billing of shuttle and canteen
• Schedules and implements activities under General Monthly Meeting (GMM)
• Organizes corporate events/activities

1. Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course

2. With good communication skills both verbal and written

3. Keen to details

4. Has the ability to multi task

5. Can work with a team

6. Willing to render overtime

7. Experience in the same field is an advantage but not required
