Description

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties including the whole recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes of meetings.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist our recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our employees.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by the management.


Requirements

  • College Graduate (preferably Business Course related or relevant field.
  • Advance computer skills in MS. Office.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player but can also accomplish assigned duties as an individual.
  • Ability to work in a highly pressured working environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
