Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist in processing attendance and on-call hirings, facilitate clerical tasks for warehouse managers, manage PCF approvals, and coordinate with HR teams to ensure smooth HR operations within the warehouse.


Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Management:

  • Process and maintain accurate attendance records for warehouse staff.
  • Assist in the onboarding and scheduling of on-call hires as needed.

Clerical Support:

  • Provide administrative support to warehouse managers, including document preparation, data entry, and general clerical tasks.
  • Assist with inventory management and record-keeping.

PCF Approvals:

  • Manage and track PCF (Personnel Change Forms) approvals within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

HR Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between warehouse managers and the HR department to facilitate communication and resolve any personnel issues.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives and programs within the warehouse.

General Support:

  • Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment efforts by helping to schedule interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require occasional overtime and flexibility to meet operational needs.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a clerical role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
