  • Front desk coverage: Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls 
  • Administrative support: Provide clerical support, such as filing, photocopying, and binding 
  • Customer service: Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to employees, visitors, and the general public 
  • HR process support: Assist with the hiring process, schedule appointments, and maintain records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Preferably Female
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates Strong communications skills
  • Ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly, both oral and in written communications
