Description

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop HR programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, talent management, employee relations, and excellent communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, oversee employee relations, support talent acquisition efforts, and assist in performance management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
