Description

  • Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records compliant with policies.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives for Best Reliable Resources, a leading player in Shopping & Retail.
  • Implement HR strategies that support a high-performing and inclusive culture.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Address employee relations issues, and provide conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies to foster a positive work environment.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proficiency in recruiting and staffing processes
    • Solid understanding of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong employee relations management
    • Experience with payroll processing and knowledge of compensation and benefits
    • Effective presentation and coaching abilities
    • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel for recruitment fairs and training events. Must be able to work full-time hours with some overtime as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, ethical mindset, detail-oriented, resilient, with the ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse workload.
