Description

  • Creation, updating and alignment of HR policies and company standards—making sure these adhere to applicable laws and standards initiated by applicable authorities
  • Creation of official internal documents/templates/letters/contracts supporting all facets of HR.
  • Creation and efficient management of physical and digital employee records and data
  • Administration and management of employee benefits; liaison with government agencies and offices
  • Handling appropriate disciplinary actions against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Crafting and implementation of performance management, employee engagement and development activities

Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Business Management
  • With at least 5-6 years of experience in various facets of Human Resources
  • Records Management / HRIS
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Employee Relations
  • Learning & Development
  • Organization Development
  • Experience in Logistics is a plus
