Description

  • Plans and administer employee benefit programs both government mandated and company initiated benefits, such as loans, Paid leaves, and others.
  • Assist employees in filing SSS, HMDF Loan, and all other related and deferred benefit claims.
  • Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
  • Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
  • Maintains employee confidence and secures HR data / files / information by keeping information confidential.
  • Participates in HR meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
  • Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters
  • Perform other HR duties or special projects assigned by the HR Manager

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least 2 years of experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good written and oral communication skill
  • Analytical, Flexible and organized
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
