Description

Managing and reporting on payroll, recruitment and internal working regulation and policies.
Focusing company attention on inclusion and equality.
Work on staff productivity and satisfaction through implementing strategies.
Mentor and support the HR team and general staff.
Ensure team leaders have the appropriate skills and knowledge to guide their teams.
Oversee recruitment strategies and ensure that effective onboarding strategies are being followed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Philosophy or relevant courses
With 2 to 3 years of experience as HR HEAD
With intensive knowledge in HR facet, recruitment, training, performance management, labor code, payroll, compensation and Benefits
With strong organizational skills, and decision making
