Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and executing a range of human resources functions. This role will support various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. He or she will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive organizational culture.


1. Employee and Labor Relations

  • Process all employee infractions within 7 days.
  • Resolve 100% of labor dispute cases monthly.
  • Support employee discipline processes, assist in policy formulation, and ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and advise on administrative hearings.
  • Document discipline processes accurately.
  • Recommend decisions and ensure adherence to due process (2 notices rule).
  • Visit branches to ensure rule compliance.
  • Conduct regular orientations on company conduct.
  • Coordinates with government agencies to comply with health and safety standards.

2. Compensation and Benefits

  • Develop and Implement Programs:
  • Creates and manages compensation and benefits processes, policies, and programs aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Develop competitive compensation packages, plans, and bonus programs to support the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Review employee benefits policies to ensure they are current, competitive, and compliant with legal standards.
  • Track compensation and benefits policies to ensure they are effective and competitive.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends, and compare with industry standards through data analysis.
  • Ensures plans are cost-effective and aligned with the company’s financial goals.
  • Review compensation surveys and trends to inform policy decisions.
  • Manage benefits programs including leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance.
  • Analyze and make recommendations to improve benefits plans based on data.

3. Recruitment and On-boarding:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and methods.
  • Conduct interviews, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new employees.

Requirement

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
  • Must have 3 -5 years of experience in an HR role with a broad understanding of HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
