Description

  • Handles Manpower Onsite
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide
  • assistance
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information,
  • leaves, turnover rates, etc.)
  • Performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment
  • contracts etc.
  • Responsible for employee documentation process
  • Handing the pre-payroll process, attendance tracking, and other payroll input
  • tracking.
  • Handling employee queries after consulting with the HR Manager
  • Support the HR Manager in all other work as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With BOSH certificate is an advantage
  • Proven years of experience in HR Admin roles
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
