Description

  • Supervise and lead the whole HR and administrative staff providing them with guidance and support.
  • In charge of the end-to-end Recruitment process: Interview, Endorsement to the Hiring Manager/s, Onboarding Requirements, Employee Orientation, Training, Exit Interviews, and Clearance of resigned employees
  • Coordinates with the Accounting Department in terms of clearance and last pay of resigned employees as well as the evaluation.
  • Assists in handling the HR and Payroll System of the Company (Sprout Solutions) as well as train the employees in using the system
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records
  • Monitors and approves employees’ Attendance, Overtime, and Leaves (SL and VL) via HR system.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks, such as office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepares Memorandums and Discipline Notices
  • Handles the Statutory Benefits of Employees (Contributions and Loans): SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG/HMDF 
  • Takes charge of Other Benefits of Employees: Health card and Group Insurance 
  • Monitors ATM Application
  • Provides Certifications and Other Contracts
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Manage compensation structures and salary reviews.
  • Develop, update, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Implement and monitor health and safety policies.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts within the organization
  • Facilitate events such as Company Outing, Christmas Party, etc.
  • Performs other HR and admin-related tasks that may be assigned by the HR and Admin Jr. Manager from time to time.

Requirement

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or any related course.
  • Being a Registered Psychometrician and/or with CHRP is an advantage
  • With at least three (3) years of working experience in Human Resource Department
  • Work experience as an HR Supervisor is preferable
  • Knowledge on different HR systems and databases 
  • Good working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Knowledgeable of relevant health and safety laws
  • Experience in a Manufacturing/Construction industry is an advantage.
