Description

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations for Talent Reserve Manpower Corp, a lead recruitment firm.
  • Manage the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and handle HR records diligently while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related activities and efficiently respond to employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to improve HR policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; less than 1-year experience required, preferably in an HR or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent time management, strong communication abilities, and proven admin skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations. Assist with payroll processing and compliance with HR policies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information, adaptable, and a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
