Description

An HR Admin and Generalist oversees key HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, and compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. They maintain employee records, support performance management, and handle employee concerns. With a focus on recruitment and compensation, they contribute to HR strategy while ensuring competitive employee packages. Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of labor laws are essential for this role.

Salary:

18,000 - 22,000 Package

  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Proven experience in recruitment processes
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in managing business licenses and permits is a plus
  • Experience working in a startup environment is an advantage
