Description

  • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for consultancy processes and management services.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and enhance technical content.
  • Ensure all documents meet quality standards and adhere to company branding.
  • Utilize various tools to create and manage digital resources for client and internal use.
  • Assist in training materials and onboarding documentation for new hires.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant coursework.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in writing, SEO, marketing, business development, networking, research, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Create user manuals, guides, and instructional materials; collaborate with team members; conduct research to improve documentation.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment or remote work with flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and a quick learner.
